CHURCH OF THE NAZERENE STATEMENT OF BELIEF
We believe that the rights and privileges of church membership should be for those who are truly Christian and are official statement of belief is on the basis of a vital relationship with Jesus Christ.
We believe:
* In one God - the Father, Son and Holy Spirit
* That the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.
* That man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil and that continually.
* That the finally impenitent are hopeless and eternally lost.
* That the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regeneratedand saved from the domination of sin.
* That believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
* That the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth and also to the entire Sanctification of believers.
* In the return of our Lord, in the resurrection of the dead, and in the final judgement. |

Our Goals As A Church
We would like everyone to know how to be right with God. Here is how:
* You must first realize that you are a sinner (Rom. 3:23 " For all have sinned, and fallen short of the Glory of God.").
* Then you must confess and repent of your sins and recieve Jesus as your personal Savior (Rom. 6:23 " For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.")
(Rom. 10:9 " If though shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and believe in thy heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.")
(Rom. 10:10 " For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.")
* Then you need to find a Bible believing Church (like Security Church Of The Nazerene) and get involved.

Rev. Dick R. Ferguson, who has been our Pastor for 6 years now, also used to be a Pastor in Clifornia.
